Pallets
New, refurbished and custom pallets from our Rochester yard.
Three ways to solve the same problem, and they are not interchangeable. Which one is right depends on what your load weighs, how many times it gets handled, and whether the pallet ever comes back to you. Start with whichever below sounds like your situation.
When you need one exact spec
New Pallets
Built to an engineered spec in any deck dimension from 24" to 65". Hardwood, softwood or KDHT SPF, with certified heat treat stamps for export. The right call when variation is what is costing you.

When cost per trip is the number
Refurbished Pallets
Inspected, repaired and sorted into Preferred, A and B grades so you can order against a standard. Usually the right answer for one-way shipments and lighter loads.

Custom Design & Build
For loads outside 24" to 65", or where the requirement is the construction rather than the size. Designed and modelled before anything gets built.
Talk through a build →Engineered, not guessed at
We are a licensed user of the Pallet Design System (PDS License 1158), the pallet engineering software developed by the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association with Virginia Tech and the USDA Forest Service. Whatever we build, the design is modelled against your real load and support conditions first, and you get the specification sheet and dimensioned drawings for it. That is what makes the build repeatable run after run.
What that has meant in practice
A food manufacturer came to us with operational delays caused by broken pallets. Moving them onto new hardwood eliminated the disruptions and steadied their whole supply chain.
New hardwoodWe worked with a client to make sure their supplies fit national distributors' automated systems, which kept them selling through the largest retail operations in the world.

Already getting deliveries from us? The same truck can take your empty pallets and your cardboard away on the way out — see pallet buyback and commercial cardboard recycling.
Where we deliver
Everything ships from one yard on 20th Street SE in Rochester, on our own trucks. These are the runs we make most weeks.
