Pallets

New, refurbished and custom pallets from our Rochester yard.

Three ways to solve the same problem, and they are not interchangeable. Which one is right depends on what your load weighs, how many times it gets handled, and whether the pallet ever comes back to you. Start with whichever below sounds like your situation.

Engineered, not guessed at

We are a licensed user of the Pallet Design System (PDS License 1158), the pallet engineering software developed by the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association with Virginia Tech and the USDA Forest Service. Whatever we build, the design is modelled against your real load and support conditions first, and you get the specification sheet and dimensioned drawings for it. That is what makes the build repeatable run after run.

What that has meant in practice

A food manufacturer came to us with operational delays caused by broken pallets. Moving them onto new hardwood eliminated the disruptions and steadied their whole supply chain.

New hardwood

We worked with a client to make sure their supplies fit national distributors' automated systems, which kept them selling through the largest retail operations in the world.
