Service area — Owatonna, MN
Pallets delivered to Owatonna, straight up Highway 14.
Our yard sits about 40 miles east of you in Rochester, which puts Owatonna comfortably inside our own delivery radius. No freight broker in the middle, no LTL terminal, no waiting on somebody else's schedule. We load it and we drive it.
What Owatonna actually ships
Steele County has one of the highest concentrations of manufacturing jobs in Minnesota — around 28.7% of employment against a state average of 13.2%, across more than forty industrial firms. That is not a town that buys pallets casually.
The mix matters more than the count. Architectural glass, window and door hardware, automotive tooling, musical equipment, exercise equipment. Those are dense, awkward, high-value loads, and most of them punish a pallet that was not built for them. Glass in particular does not forgive deck deflection, and a unit that racks badly is a unit that arrives as scrap.
Which is why a fair number of Owatonna conversations start as a standard order and end up as a design question.
What we bring up the road
Three ways to solve the same problem. Which one is right depends on what your load weighs, how many times it gets handled, and whether the pallet ever comes back to you.
New pallets
Built to an engineered spec in any deck dimension from 24" to 65". Hardwood, softwood or KDHT SPF, with certified heat treat stamps for export.
See new pallets →Refurbished pallets
Inspected, repaired and sorted into Preferred, A and B grades, so you can order against a standard instead of hoping.
See refurbished →Custom design & build
For loads outside 24" to 65", or where the requirement is the construction rather than the size. Modelled before anything gets built.
See custom →The Owatonna run
And what goes back
The truck does not have to come home empty. We buy and collect your empty pallets, and we will take baled or loose cardboard off the same dock on the same stop — which for most plants is corrugate they are currently paying a hauler to remove.
